Webi tried to upgrade my NVIDIA DRIVER it finaly worked but only on cool boost and can't pass the 4500 rpm even thought the CPU fans working fine. but then after like 20-30 min it back off to the first problem and back to 0 rpm even when the fan control are max. i really don't know how or why this is happening and i need your help.
